Overview

Antbyte Labs built a full-stack tour and travel booking platform from the ground up — designed to serve both travellers looking for their next adventure and tour operators who need a reliable digital presence to grow their business. Travellers land on an immersive homepage showcasing top destinations with rich photography and compelling copy. From there, they can explore curated tour packages filtered by destination, duration, or budget; view detailed itineraries with day-by-day breakdowns; and complete a secure booking flow with instant confirmation. Tour operators benefit from a dedicated admin dashboard that gives them full control over their catalogue: create and publish new tour packages, update pricing and availability, manage bookings, and respond to customer enquiries — all through an intuitive interface that requires no technical knowledge. The platform is built on Next.js for server-rendered SEO performance, with Firebase as the real-time backend for booking state and operator data. A clean REST API layer decouples the frontend from the data layer, making future integrations (payment gateways, CRM tools, mapping APIs) straightforward to add.

• Used Next.js dynamic routes with ISR for tour package pages, enabling search-engine-friendly URLs (/tours/everest-base-camp) with fast rebuild cycles
• Designed the admin panel around a guided, step-by-step tour creation wizard that validates inputs inline, reducing operator errors
• Applied progressive web app (PWA) techniques with service worker caching for critical assets, enabling offline browsing of previously loaded tour pages
